Mereka yang bertemu Raja Maung  adalah mereka yang punya trah Pajajaran atau Majapahit, entah keturunan ke 200 atau 300, tapi ada darah itu” sorong Basuki.

Basuki sendiri, sejak bertemu Raja Maung yang diduga jelmaan Prabu Siliwangi itu, mendapatkan kemudahan yang luar biasa. Karier keartisannya melesat tajam dan rejekih pun  alhamdulillah berlimpah. “Allah yang memberikan rejekih itu tapi Raja Maung itu sebagai pertanda baik, bahwa Allah meringankan dan memudahkan karier kita untuk melesat!” ungkap Basuki, yang sebelumnya jatuh habis-habisan sampai makan saja susah, terutama saat Srimulat bangkrut di Taman Ria Senayan dan terdepak dari TVRI. Sejak Basuki aktif ritual mandi kungkum, baik di Narimbang maupun di Japos, Ciawi, karirnya melambung lagi dan kini Basuki meraih rekor sebagai artis yang bermain iklan terbanyak. “Tanda kebangkitanku ya sejak aku dipanggil lagi main Srimulat di Indosiar dan Srimuat bangkit di stasiun milik Yem Sioe Liong itu,” desis Basuki.

Menurut ahli sejarah lulusan Ikip Kerangmalang Yogya, Drs. Suhardi, 50, bahwa selama tempat pemandian yang mumpuni untuk ritual kungkum, Narimbang juga diketahui sebagai tempat yang paling angker di Gunung Tampomas. Banyak orang yang bertemu mahluk gaib berbentuk empat jin bertubuh hitam yang berambut panjang di pohon beringin tua umur 1000 tahun. Jin itu sering menampakkan diri selama sosok gaib lain yang berbentuk Raja Maung yang ditemukan oleh Basuki Srimulat. Mahluk ini bahkan bermukim di pohon beringin itu sejak abad 12 yang lalu, yang menjaga bahkan menguasi daerah Narimbang. “Saya sendiri saat lewat di situ, bertemu empat hantu bertubuh tinggi besar berbaju hitam membawa golok. Saat saya dekati, tiba-tiba sosok itu menghilang ke dalam pohon,” cerita Suhardi, sarjana mantan pemain ludruk yang memiliki indera ke enam mendeteksi mahluk halus itu.

Sementara Tatang Prawoto, 40 tahun, staf Dinas Pariwisata/Budaya Sumedang membuktikan dengan kasatmata adanya jin di daerah itu. Lewat paranormal setempat, Tatang Prawoto, tengah malam di bawa ke lokasi ini dan bersentuhan langsung dengan jin yang maujud, “Siapa saja mau bertemu dengan jin itu bisa. Semuanya terbukti jelas dan bukan trik. Kita akan disentuh oleh mahluk halus itu dan dapat berkomunikasi, tapi syaratnya harus diritual oleh Ki Idung Nurochman, 53 tahun, ahli penjinak jin Gunung Tampomas. Tatang sendiri dengan telak melihat sosok mahluk gaib itu, bahkan dapat menyentuh tubuhnya, “Saya di gitik-gitik oleh tangan jin itu hingga saya jadi menggeliat karena kegelian” ungkap Tatang.

Menurut sumber lain, Ki Mambang Narpati, 67 tahun, bahwa di pohon beringin tua Narimbang itu, terdapat gerbang gaib menuju alam kayangan, Bila tahu kunci ritualnya, seseorang akan bertemu gerbang dan masuk ke alam lain, dimensi gaib dalam kerajaan siluman tanah Narimbang. Gerbang itu sebagai pintu masuk ke dalam kerajaan jin. Di sana terdapat istana mewah dengan lampu terang benderang dan taman istana penuh buah-buahan yang ranum. Kita bisa memakan makanan yang enak-enak didalam kerajaan itu dan tidak beracun. “Saya sudah masuk ke gerbang itu dan tiga bulan hitungan dunia di alam maya Saya kembali lagi ke dunia manusia biasa setelah saya minta pada Raja Asbautin, pemimpin kerajaan yang berasal dari Irak,” kata Ki Mambang Narpati.
