Kisah Kyai Pamungkas:
JODOH LENYAP KARENA DENDAM

Sejak Nani masih kecil, kami sudah hidup mapan. Alhamdulillah rejeki cukup lancar mengalir. Di desa Wilapak, Tugu Singa, kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Usaha angkutan truk yang dikelola oleh Bang Mualim, suamiku, maju pesat. Dari dua buah truk yang kami beli berdasarkan pinjaman bank, dalam waktu lima tahun truk kami sudah berjumlah 20 buah. Usaha angkutan umum itu melibatkan banyak tenaga kerja dari kampung kami. Mulai dari tenaga supir, kernet hingga ke montir dan pegawai kantor, semua diambil dari kampung. Cita-cita suamiku memang sejak dulu ingin berusaha yang bisa bermanfaat bagi warga kami. Artinya, semua tenaga kerja yang dipakai adalah murni warga daerah. Pak Bupati pun, sangat mendukung usaha ini. Pertimbangannya tak Iain bisnis kami itu dapat menampung banyak warga penganggur di kabupaten kami. Belakangan, malah Pak Bupati memberi penghargaan khusus pada Bang Mualim karena jasa-jasanya di kabupaten Musi Banyuasin.

Selain Bupati, Pak Camat dan Pak Kades juga sangat menghargai kiprah kami yang banyak menciptakan lapangan kerja. Sebab selain usaha angkutan, ada lagi usaha kami yang bersifat padat karya, melibatkan banyak tenaga kerja, yaitu usaha perkebunan kelapa sawit dan palawija.

Tapi sayang, pro dan kontra selalu saja ada di kaki langit ini. Di luar yang senang pada kami, yang benci karena iri kepada kesuksesan kami pun banyak. Ada yang merasa bersaing dan kalah, ada yang sakit hati karena tak dapat pinjaman uang dari perusahaan dan macam-macam. Yang sakit hati soal pinjaman uang itu adalah pak Akthat Miharja, saudara sepupu Mualim, suamiku.

Sebenarnya Akhdiat Miharia sudah beberapa kali hutang uang dalam jumlah cukup besar pada Mualim. Tidak kurang empat kali dia ngutang, tapi selama itu dia tidak membayar. Karena bolak balik pinjam, saat dia minjam ke empat kali, Mualim tidak lagi memberi.

“Bayar dulu hutang lamamu, baru kau ku kasih lagi pinjaman baru” bujuk Mualim, saat pak Akhdiat Miharja mau pinjam lagi sejumlah Rp 50 juta.

Karena Mualim ngotot tidak memberikan pinjaman baru, Akhdiat pun merajuk. Dia pulang tanpa pamit dengan muka penuh emosi. Sambil berlalu, Akhdiat mengancam. “lngat Mualim, aku bisa berbuat apa saja biar keluargamu jadi menderita. Aku akan bikin kau sekeluarga jadi sengsara seumur hidup!” bentaknya.

Kami hanya mengurut dada mendengar ancaman itu. Pikir kami, Akhdiat mau bikin apa kepada kami, hingga disebutnya bahwa kami akan sengsara seumur hidup.

“Kami tidak takut ancaman orang seperti kau yang tidak pernah sholat dan tidak beramal dan bisanya ngutang saja!” jawab suamiku, pada Akhdiat, yang nampak juga emosi.

Menurut hemat kami, sumpah serapah orang yang kurang beriman, kurang sholat dan kurang amal, tidak akan seampuh sumpah orang yang rajin sholat, rajin beramal dan kuat imannya.

Dugaan kami itu ternyata keliru. Akhdiat memang tidak menggunakan kekutannya, tetapi menggunakan keahlian seorang dukun santet untuk menyantet keluarga kami. Pertama-tama Akhdiat melibatkan jasa dukun bernama Uwak Ujang, 80 tahun, ahli santet yang tinggal di Talang Linggis. Akhdiat minta Uwak Ujang untuk menyantet Mualim supaya busung perutnya lalu meledak dan mati.

Tapi santet yang dilancarkan oleh Uwak Ujang mampu ditangkal oleh Kyai Dullah, 79 tahun, guru ngaji Mualim yang pandai mendeteksi santet dan melemahkan sekaligus. Usaha kedua Uwak Ujang, diarahkan kepadaku. Aku dikirimi paku, jarum dan silet ke dalam otak kecilku hingga aku terus menerus pusing kepala dan migren. Untunglah, Kyai Dullah dapat mengeluarkan benda itu dan aku selamat dari ancaman maut.

Yang ke tiga adalah usaha Uwak Ujang dibalikkan oleh Kyai Dullah padanya. Yaitu, saat Uwak Ujang dan membuat laki-laki tua itu melintir kepanasan. Setelah Uwak Ujang mengaku salah dan minta maaf pada kami, akhirnya rasa panas itu mendingin dan Uwak Ujang pun menyatakan kapok praktek santet lagi. Tujuh hari setelah kejadian itu, Uwak Ujang meninggal dunia karena ketabrak speedboat saat dia berperahu di Sungai Musi.

Kalau Uwak Ujang minta maaf dan menyesali perbuatannya, berbeda dengan Akhdiat. Diam-diam, setelah Uwak Ujang mati, Akhdiat pergi ke tanah Jawa untuk menemui seorang dukun santet, ahli ilmu penutup jodoh di Indaramayu.

“Ilmu Sangkal Jodoh tidak mudah terdeteksi dan gampang sekali menembus sasaran!” kata seorang ahli santet daerah kami, saat hal itu dibahas dengan Kyai Dullah.

“Nani anak satu-satunya perempuan kalian itu pastilah terkena santet gantung jodoh itu. Soalnya, semua syarat sebagai wanita dia lengkap. Cantik ada padanya, pintar juga ada padanya karena dia lulusan S1 UNSRI Palembang Falkultas Ekonomi. Ia anak orang terkaya di kabupaten ini. Kurang apa Iagi? Tapi anehnya, dia tidak punya pacar dan tidak ada satupun yang melamarnya” kata Kyai Dullah, pada Mualim dan aku.

Karena diyakini terkena Ilmu Sangkal Jodoh yang dilancarkan oleh Akhdiat lewat pakar santet Indramayu itu, maka kami memutuskan untuk membeli calon suami untuk Nani. Tapi apa yang terjadi, ada 10 orang yang dilamar, tak seorang pun ada yang berminat. Sampai-sampai orang miskin pun, tidak mau dibeli sebagai suami Nani.

Padahal secara pendidikan laki-laki yang mau dibeli itu rendah, tidak ganteng dan juga tidak punya pekerjaan. Setelah diselidiki, ternyata semua laki-Iaki yang akan dibeli itu tidak melihat wajah anakku itu cantik. Bahkan bukan hanya buruk, tapi juga muka anakku itu selalu terlihat seram. Setiap waktu si calon suami melihat wajah Nani, wajah itu berubah seperti wajah monyet. Mukanya buruk, kotor dan hitam berkoreng. Padahal kenyataan yang kami lihat dan dilihat orang lain yang bukan untuk dilamar, anakku itu tetap cantik dan bersih.

Kyai Dullah mengaku menyerah, karena berulang kali dia mendoakan agar anakku dapat jodoh dan tetap tidak dapat, maka Kyai itupun angkat tangan. Dia menyerah.

“Sebaiknya cari dukun pemilik Ilmu Sangkal Jodoh di Indramayu itu dan minta maaflah pada Akhdiat, mudah-mudahan santet itu dapat dicabut dan Nani pun akan dapat jodoh” kata Kyai Dullah, dengan wajah yang kalah.

Berdasarkan saran Kyai Dullah, kami minta maaf pada Akhdiat dan mendatangi pula dukun santet yang di sinyalir berada di belakang kasus sangkal jodoh anak kami. Sayang, Akhdiat tidak mau memaafkan dah dia juga tidak mengakui bahwa dia menyuruh orang pintar menutup jodoh anak kami.

“Fitnah itu, fitnah! Aku bisa menuntut kalian menyebarkan fitnah dan mencemarkan nama baik. Aku akan laporkan kalian ke polisi. Kalian akan diseret ke meja hijau!” bentak Akhdiat.

Jangankan mau mengerti persoalan kami, Akhdiat malah naik pitam bahkan mengancam kami ke pengadilan. Jalan satu-satunya yang dapat ditempuh akhirnya kami pergi ke Indramayu. Tapi dukun yang dimaksud menyangkal pula kalau dia melakukan pengiriman ilmu itu.

“Tidak betul saya menyantet orang. Saya ahli pengobatan alternatif, bukan dukun santet. Kalau saya dukun santet, saya pastilah akan dihabisi warga. Sekarang dukun santet banyak diincar untuk di bantai” kata Aba Gimpang, sebutlah begitu, laki-Iaki berambut panjang sebahu yang berumur sekitar 68 tahunan itu.

Kami berusaha mencari orang pintar yang bisa menolong. Tidak kurang 15 dukun kami datangi, tapi tak satupun ada yang berhasil. namun terakhir, kami berkenalan dengan Kyai Pamungkas, seorang kyai muda kelahiran Jombang, yang juga lulusan pesantren Tebuireng, Jombang, Jawa Timur, yang bisa memberi petunjuk.

Jalan yang dituntunkannya pada kami adalah membeli sebuah kandang berisi empat ekor sapi. Satu kandang yang harus berisi empat sapi, semua sapi haruslah Iaki-laki. Setelah keliling dan tidak juga dapat, kami akhirnya bertemu kandang sapi dengan empat sapi jantan di daerah Gelumbang, Kabupaten Oki.

Sapi milik Haji Hasan Ramlan itu langsung kami beli dengan uang dua kali lipat harga semestinya. Setelah dapat empat sapi dengan satu kandang itu, Ustadz dari Jombang itu kami datangkan dengan pesawat lewat Bandara Talangbetutu langsung ke lokasi kandang di Gelumbang.

Ritual pun langsung dilakukan selama satu hari satu malam dengan mengundang seluruh anak yatim sekitar daerah itu untuk makan-makan dan diberi bekal uang dan pakaian. Ke empat sapi diberi nama, Uwak Ujang, Aba Gimang dan Akhdiat Miharja. Sedangkan sapi yang satunya, adalah nama suamiku, Mualim dan sapi terakhir itu tidak dipotong.

“Sapi bernama Mualim ini harus dipiara oleh Nani anak tunggal kalian dan dia yang memberi makan di belakang rumah” perintah Ustadz Jombang pada kami.

Perintah itu pun kami jalani. Nani yang paling tidak suka sama sapi karena baunya yang tak sedap, terpaksa merawat sapi itu dan lama kelamaan disenanginya.

“Mualim nama sapiku, yang artinya dia adalah bapak kandungku” kata Nani, bercanda pada kami.

Setelah ritual itu, keajaiban pun terjadi. Tiba-tiba datang seorang pengusaha Brunai Darussalam datang bertamu ke rumah membawa anak lajangnya berumur sama dengan Nani. Anak bujangan bernama Ramli Sabar itu langsung tertarik dan ngotot minta pada bapaknya agar dapat dinikahkan dengan Nani.

Mereka sama-sama lajang tua, yang istilah sekarang disebut jomblo. Karena Nani juga tertarik, akhirnya pernikahan pun kami atur bersama-sama. Resepsi perkawinan itu dilaksanakan dengan meriah di Gedung lslamic Center Brunei Darussalam. Kini, kedua pasangan situ mukim di sebuah rumah permanen di Kota Lama Brunei Darussalam dan mereka nampak bahagia. Santet gantung jodoh anakku, ku yakini sudah berakhir di situ.
