Batu adalah benda yang merupakan ciptaan Tuhan yang memiliki jiwa dan bentuk fisik yang beraneka ragam. Dalam dunia spiritual, batu tertentu dipercaya mempunyai kekuatan gaib yang dapat dimanfaatkan.

Batu bertuah mempunyai banyak klasifikasi dilihat dari fungsi, kemmapuan dan asalnya. Dari sekian kekuatan yang tersimpan dalam batu dapat pula diklasifikasikan menurut tingkat kekuatannya.

Batu Kecubung

Batu kecubung mempunyai nilai jual yang cukup tinggi. Batu ini menyimpan keindahan yang mirip dengan batu mulia lainnya. Batu kecubung memiliki bentuk yang dapat ditembus cahaya. Jadi bentuk dasarnya adalah batu ini akan tembus cahaya.

Batu kecubung mempunyai jenis yang beragam, namun pada dasarnya mempunyai bentuk yang sama. Jenis batu kecubung antara lain adalah kecubung biru, kecubung ungu, kecubung merah, dan masih banyak yang lainnya.

Batu Rubi

Batu rubi mempunyai bentuk biasa, bisa kecil atau besar. Tetapi yang menjadi ciri khas dari batu ini adalah jika kita memandangnya dalam- dalam maka batu ini akan memunculkan (tidak memancarkan) sinar dari dalam batu. Sinar ini adalah berbentuk seperti fosfor dan tidak merupakan cahaya.

Batu Rubah

Batu rubah mempunyai sifat yang sangat langka dan unik jika dibandingkan batu bertuah lainnya. Batu ini biasa berubah warna dalam waktu tertentu. Waktu akan mengubah batu ini dari warna satu warna lain dan berubah lagi.

Karena perubahan ini tidak mempunyai periode waktu yang sama, dan hanya mengalami perubahan warna, maka batu ini disebut batu Rubah.
